Recently I shot some head shots of the Image Consultants at Milena Distinctive Image Consulting.  We used the Museum of Contemporary Arts as our location and with their excessive amount of natural lighting I was able to just use my California Sunbounce on the floor to provide some fill light.  The outside group shot was done using two strip boxes one camera left and one up tight on the wall camera right to provide some rim light as well as light the panels.
